I have to admit. I love Doritos. A lot. And I’m pretty sure I’ve passed the love down to my kids. Yikes! Keep in mind that Doritos are not the healthiest, so everything in moderation, okay?!
At some point in our marriage, in an attempt to make an existing Dorito casserole even better, Toney came up with this amazing dish.
It is so yummy! So get ready to be full!
We like a lot of crunch, so I use a full bag of Doritos. Crush them up and put half of them in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
Cook ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning according to package. Add refried beans and tomato sauce.
Spread over Doritos. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and add sour cream and cheese. Spread the remainder Doritos on top. Bake for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
