Meet Clayton Jenks

Clay came to us in October 2015 and has been an outstanding employee as he’s grown and learned the Big Cheese Pizza way!  And now I will turn it over to Clay to introduce himself:

My name is Clayton Jenks, and I am a junior at Henderson State University. I am studying biology and am the president of the Biology club. I want to become a physical therapist.

I grew up in Bryant, Arkansas, but am currently living here in Arkadelphia while I get my degree. My hobbies have varied throughout the years, but I am currently into ultimate frisbee. I spend most of my time in class, studying, and at work which doesn’t leave a ton of a free time, but I love what I do.

I was looking for a job last year and got a couple of recommendations to apply to Big Cheese. I applied, got the job, and have been with Big Cheese for almost 15 months. My favorite part of the job is without a doubt my coworkers. Don’t get me wrong, I love putting together beautiful pizzas, and I take a lot of pride in the work that I put out, but I have a lot of fun conversing with those around me. My work family means a lot to me and I look forward to seeing them each and every time I come into work. I try to take advantage of every opportunity I find before me, and working at Big Cheese Pizza has been yet another great opportunity in my path.

And now Clay would like to share his favorite recipe.  We hope you enjoy this wonderful Spinach dip!!
